Pizza with eggplant

Ingredients:

+500g of eggplant

tomato sauce

2 onions

250g of Grated cheese

oil

salt, pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Pizza dough I

Instructions:

--Clean the eggplant ,cut it into thick slices, and brown it with a tablespoon of oil, add salt and simmer a few minutes (about 10).

--Garnish the pizza base with tomato sauce then the onions, place on top the eggplant slices.

--Place in oven and cook about 20 minutes add the grated cheese, return to oven another 5 minutes before serving then baste with olive oil and sprinkle Basilica.
