Roast Chicken With The Moroccan Way

Ingredients:

+about 1kg-1.5 kg of chicken

+2 onions +Salt ,pepper

+Saffron, Ginger

+4 garlic cloves

+1 preserved lemon

+150 g of pitted olives

+1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro and parsley

+1 tablespoon of salted butter

+3 tablespoons of oil

+1 liter of water

Instructions:

--In a pot heat the oil and butter, add the onion cuted very thin-, salt, pepper, saffron, ginger and garlic and chicken.

--leave them on fire approximately 10 minutes then add water after about 40 minutes add thé olives and lemon cut into strips.

--Before serving, brown the chicken in the oven and decorate with slices of lemons and olives.
