Tomato-Mushroom Quiche

Tomato-Mushroom Quiche,

Ingredients:

+1 puff pastry

+150g of sliced mushrooms

+150 g of cherry tomatoes cut into cubes

+ 150g of diced ham

+150 g of shredded mozzarella cheese

+3 eggs

+50 ml of milk

+salt, pepper

+olive oil

Tomato-Mushroom Quiche,

Instructions:

1- Spread the pastry on a round mold and trim the edges.

2- In a saucepan, pour a little extra virgin olive oil and cook the mushrooms.

3- Pour over batter mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, diced and diced ham.

4. Sprinkle on top mozzarella cheese .

5. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper, and pour over the preparation.

6. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
